I mean why would you limit the amount of eye balls that could see a playoff game.... especially one with the stars in this one
But its not that damn serious and I already have a peacock subscription... but even if I didn’t I would pay the $5.99 to watch and then I would just check out the app and see if there is content worth keeping it.
As an entrepreneur I definitely understand the NFLs business model ...they are masterful at attracting huge audiences to watch football. I think its a bit of a fumble tonight with allowing this game to be streaming only
Of course this game is being shown on the NBC affiliate in both Miami and KC and surrounding areas....not sure if people realize that

Yeah...I broke down and coughed up the $6 too.
But I get 'gators point, too, though. I get the demographic that the NFL/Peacock is shooting for.
But I can't help but to think of some older Chief/Dolphin fans that'll miss the game. Not because they don't have the $5.99 for a night, but because they might not have a smart TV or the patience to navigate downloading the app and everything. Hell, the $1800 Samsung I bought in 2016 (that still looks amazing) isn't capable of downloading the Peacock app. I'll have to simulcast the game through my tablet.
