I have a low opinion of professional journalists and talking heads. If you're very knowledgeable in a field and a professional journalist writes about it odds are that they're going to do a poor job.
These guys are required to churn out work on topics they like and don't like. They don't always have the passion and energy for a given topic, the result is pig slop.
Most, not all, journalists are bottom feeders.
