Boy do I miss the pessimism...not!
This article didn't age well. But that's normal when someone who only knows what he reads and then offers criticism before they have so much as a conversation about their writing with the person the subject in question. It's why corporate executives hand down crap policies based on tertiary info without consulting the workers on the ground. All the logic is sound...but irrelevant.
