Years ago my cable bill was $25 a month because it was regulated by government.. then government decided to no longer regulate cable prices..
My cable bill NOWmis $325 a month! They let the market decide and the market decided they'd pay whatever cable suppliers charged.. Sure, some abandoned ship and went satellite and others streaming services etc, but cable providers were STILL able to raise their prices, what, 1300% even thonthe market dictated their success or failure..
Meaning, all games will be pay per view within a few years and prices will skyrocket over the next few years after that to where only the elite will be able to watch.. IMO this needs to be nipped in the bud as soon as possible before all we can do, as fans, is watch highlights after each game.. until THOSE go pay per view..
