also, we had Baker last year so... we see how important it is to have a quality backup... I don't think it has to be Wentz tho'
There are plenty that will be available and because McVay is McVay he should have his pick of quality backup QBs. I mean that makes his decision the last two years at backup QB even more puzzling
Hopefully, next year that will be established well before we need one!!
I mean the Rams drafted Bennett to be the backup a rookie 4th rounder then he bailed and they kept Brett Rypein behind Stafford. Last year it was Wolford and Perkins
That can not happen again ...EVER. I don't expect an elite offensive coach to keep making decisions like that
