It seems that the Rams PR are coached to fair catch every kick as there have been several instances where there was room for a return. When was the last time the Rams didn't signal for a fair catch. I think the philosophy is secure the fair catch and start at the 25 to avoid a penalty or fumble on a return. STs are a train wreck for the Rams across the board. No return game, the kicking game is something less than a work in progress and our coverage units leave alot to be desired. ST and defensive secondary require attention this offseason!!!
