They focused on Allen's ability to beat Dallas and I thought back then, the Rams had beaten the Cowboys once under Chuck Knox in 1976, it was the Vikings that Knox could not beat as he was 0-3 in post season against Minnesota and Allen was not any better against Minnesota. In fact, Knox had a better post season record then Allen after they hired Allen.
