You're right, of course, that they've been torched throughout the season. But it does seem 'more' likely when protecting a big lead?
I'm not sure what personnel are getting the most snaps when that's the case, (protecting a good lead)... nor do I study film these days so I'm not sure if they are using a different strategy in that situation; going into some type of 'prevent'? Could be wrong but it doesn't appear, on TV, that they are in a full prevent. I just don't know... but I suspect that when protecting a lead their D is not playing the same as they do the 1st 3 Qtr's.
