McVay's quote in Jourdan's article stuck with me as it aligns with the high standards I think the Rams have in regards to how they treat players. As you alluded to the Rams tend to treat guys well and I think that gets noticed by player reps and free agents. Players know what the Rams did for Crosby and it will factor in favorably if the Rams ever come knocking.
