McVay has not been shy about telling everyone who will listen that he wants to stick with Havrisik.
I imagine it's because he thinks the kid will develop.
He has also said all along that 2023 was all about developing the young players, and seeing who will be on the roster come 2024. For the most part, it looks to me that he has been sticking to the plan. You can't develop the younger guys if they can't get the reps. So, there is a trade off between performance and development. And, we see how several of the players have started to grow up. This is by no means the same Rams team that started the year.
