That last TD punt return was one of the few times in the NFL that either a block in the back or a hold was not called. I'm a bit factious there but we see lots of flags on ST's, don't we?
Watch the highlights. A block in the back occurred near where the returner caught the ball. No call and very obvious. The hold occurred in Rams territory, around the 35 to 40 yard line. No call. Two flags not thrown on that play that should have been.
Of course, Evans needs to learn to get that ball higher so the coverage team can get there. Watch the angle the ball comes off of his foot. Much too shallow.
