I do agree that this is the kind of loss that starts the finger pointing and hopefully we don't see a slide. I also agree that the defense costed us this game. What's costing us MOST games though is this offense. If you look at the Cincy, Pittsburg, 49erd, eagles games the offense just could not get going on the second half. Heck, today the offense managed 9 second half points. How many second halves have they failed to score double digits? It's concerning.
The defense is what kept us in the game. Losing Havs hurt, and it took us a bit to adjust. Settling for the early FG killed us. One play here, one play there, but that's been the case all season. Growing pains for this team.
