McVay didn’t say what happened there, but it seemed to simply be a late snap by Coleman Shelton after Stafford adjusted the play at the line.On the replay I saw Stafford in shotgun clapping his hands like a mad man beckoning for the ball to be snapped. I assume the Rams were going on a silent count and Dotson was supposed to signal Shelton to snap the ball. But he didn't. Wish I knew why ...
