3 things to do IMO.....

1- run right at Garrett (several have said this already). Continue the run game even if it's stunted.

2-mix in some miss-direction, by way have fake hand off this way, screen the other way...things like that.

3-Use the mid field area (LB's) with quick crossing routes, use speed against them....
