Speed, I know you don't think this is just a gimme game. They have one of the top defenses in the league, and even a one armed Garrett could be a nightmare for this line.
Yes, McVay is going to have to call a game. They'll likely key on Williams in pass pro to keep screens in check, and I worry about Stafford going into interception mode if he starts running away from pressure. Whether it's working or not, this is a game we have to commit to run to be in, regardless of what we're getting out of it. A 2.5 ypc has to be good enough to keep 'em honest, and I haven't seen McVay coach with that type of discipline this season, so it worries me. We need to work Tutu into the intermediate routes and stop making him a one trick pony. Haven't seen that yet, either.
No respect in NFL town until we can beat a team like this. It's not going to be easy, but we have the horses. Just need Coach to put them in the right lanes.
