3 WR sets don't make a lot of sense if you never involve that 3rd WR.

2backs or 2TE's would help the running game & likely the passing game as well. Or you can just keep letting Stafford take hits as he throws 8 yard passes at Kupp's feet.

  YES!! It also gives a chance for play action with passes to TEs. Heck....
