Tough to make changes when a core problem is the play-caller and that person is a stubborn head coach who fancies himself an offensive genius.
His schemes and play-calling have become quite predictable and lacking the elements of surprise, deception, creativity and innovation for much the past 3-4 years. That SB team had A LOT of experienced talent on offense that helped cover up those flaws.
