McVay is not the perfect HC. He single handedly has wasted a lot of money for this franchise. He is a skilled motivator. He is myopic at times and he was able to leverage his image, charm and bewitch the organization into an all-in desperation that also cost us dearly and has ushered in this poorly planned transition into some time in the future. Hey the practically bought a SB with all their nickels and dimes so it seems worth it right.
Well the problem is it leaves a few huge question marks.
Is he a developer of QBs?
Who was the last QBs he has ever developed? (we cannot claim Goff for him) He does not hinder their development, but his record is not impressive in that department.
Why does he not value back-up QBs like most historically brilliant offensive coaches do?
When will we have an identity like most Genius Coaches teams have?
When will he ever elevate our TE performance?
Can he build a team from the ground up?
Can I trust him with that task?

Speed_KillsI mean how does it make any sense to sign Wentz now?
McVay looks like a bumbling fool
But he’s our bumbling fool, thank god
There are probably 25-28 teams and fan bases who would love to have him as the HC
But, yeah, this move should have been made as soon as we lost Stetson, I’m sure there is much more to the story than we know and many different layers…just glad they finally did make the move
