Alaric Jackson and Joe Noteboom are competent backups in the NFL…but I’ve seen enough to know that they’re not full time starters…We know what they are…and we know they are not enough…
Question becomes: Where do you take a QB? Where do you take a Tackle? What do you spend money in free agency?
The offensive line was terrible yesterday…None of this is on the backs.
Was there anything about the offensive line that looked good yesterday?
They looked awful across the board…but if you look at PFF’s pass protection grades you’ll see—across the board—Jackson, Avila, Shelton, Dotson, and Noteboom as very good in pass protection…but they weren’t.
And they were off the charts bad in blocking for the run.
