IMHO......I bet Evans can't get all the pass pro checks down....It has to be a between the ears kind of thing.

Maybe, the kid is immature....You know McVay, he's not the kind of guy to hand you the keys to the car if you don't know how parallel park. You need to KNOW ALL OF IT.

Bringing back Henderson....He knows the plays and has a solid team first character....Evans may not have these 2 things, remember it's "WE NOT ME" and McVay has that type of team culture and if he can't trust you or you are not a team first guy, then you will not play on Sundays. That's one of McVay's biggest strengths, it's the team first mantra and he'll stick to it every time.

That's why I love McVay as our HC.....He's a leader of men, not boys.....You get what you want when you EARN IT.
