Clearly not as I just read that they plan on starting him this week.
I'm a little surprised at this as, even with a depleted roster, I think that he's down to lead the Cards to 2 - 3 W's. He could play them out of the Williams/Maye Sweepstakes (which I think that he'd enjoy).
