That was some of the worst QB play I have seen in my lifetime and our Rams have had some really bad QB's over the years! lol
I wonder what it was that McVay saw in him that made him think this kid could play?!?!?! I know he was QB3 and Bennett kinda forced his hand but Bennett has been out for a while now and we still stuck with Rypien anyway.
IMO, Rypien isn't even good enough to be QB3.
I guess if you are a team that has it's focus on "developing players for the future" more so than winning games in the present, the QB2 position really doesn't matter does it?
IMO, Bennett wasn't the answer either. We need to do better at QB2.
Maybe McVay just isn't a good QB evaluator? When was the last time we had a QB2 that actually could play a little???
I think we need to change the way we look at the QB2 spot. With an older QB who has been getting hurt more and more, it's imperative that we have a QB2 good enough to possibly win a game or two.
Who was our last good QB2?
#HelmetHornsMatter
“Well, the color is good, I like the metallic blue,” Youngblood recently said while laughing, via NFL Journal. “The horn is terrible. It looks like a ‘C.’ When I first saw it on the logo I honestly thought it was a Charger logo.
“Now when I see it on the helmet, it just isn’t a ram horn. There is no distinct curl like a mature ram horn. I don’t know how the Rams could get that wrong. That is your symbol and it has been for what? Seventy years or more? Longer than I have been alive? It’s just not us, it’s not the Rams.”---Mr. Ram Jack Youngblood
