If the Rams are coaching the team like they are loaded then fine, they are NFL players.
And, the Rams are checking to see who will be on the team next year.
Rams will draft the "weaker" areas and they will coach up the players who will "Grow" from year 1 to year 2. They will also TRADE to immediately upgrade the positions of most importance.
It's all good IMHO!
