It is TBD whether:
We understand the objective of a trade and how to stack high quality assets and not get fleeced
We understand the importance of position depth and where that needs to be strongest
We have and identity that fits the team's talents and strengths.
We have more than 2 WRs deserving to receive legit opportunities in games.
We have RBs that can do more than run into the backs of the OL or dominate consistently (BTW we don't because we have a lack of consistent availability)
We can catch up in our division and compete.
We know how to win at home and build a stronger fanbase.
We have the corners of the future.
Ernest Jones is the next Bobby Wagner or or London Fletcher or Mark Barron or just another solid LB.
We have a stud DE who will emerge before season's end in Young or Mathis
We have any Pro bowl OL or enough depth at the position.
2023 Stafford better than 2022 Stafford and is a force multiplier capable of willing his team to wins and leading a team that falls behind. Not seeing it consistently.
We drafted 14 players that deserved and earned roster spots.
Our Coaching staff has a real clue regarding how you win with the amount of youth we are putting on the field. Find an identity.
Our managers and GM can recognize whether this team is good enough where it needs to be to project to the next year the success and talent, they have left behind or lost in the past 2 years.
All of this is a question mark for me. All of this is very inconsistent, and we are just aimlessly hoping for something to change because of what? We are the Rams and we've been to 2 Super bowls the same HC and with less talented players?
