Come here for one game and be a backup. Get 3 game checks and probably cut after the GB game. If he stays in Tampa he might hang there for rest of season. I don't think it's a black mark on McVay or whatever nonsense is being speculated about.
Maybe he likes to fish and pay low taxes. Who knows.
