He's very skilled, for sure. Hasn't translated into Pac 12 titles or playoff appearances. That might be coaching and talent around him, but if he gets drafted - guess what, it will be on a team that doesn't have a lot of talent and may have suspect coaching.

It takes more than talent to be a difference maker in the NFL. Some things you can't teach or measure and there are also circumstances around you. On paper - Justin Herbert should have gone far in the playoffs by now.
