He DOES have a creative Offensive mind. We definitely saw that when he got here. There's so much more the Rams could do than what we are seeing. I'd really love to see formations that are TE heavy with 2 backs...ESPECIALLY when we have leads! McVay is a good HC. He just needs to freshen things up a bit.
