Mike Martz, 2000 - 2005. 56-36 (.609) Finished 1st in the NFC West 3 times, finished 2nd the other three times, made the playoffs 4 times in 6 years with 1 Super Bowl appearance (a loss to the Patriots after the 2001 season). Took a leave of absence in 2005 after a 2-3 start due to a bacterial infection in his heart and was fired at the end of that season.
Joe Vitt, 2005. 4-7 (.364) The Rams finished 6-10, good for 2nd place in the NFC West ... but missed the playoffs.
Scott Linehan, 2006 - 2008. 11-25 (.306) Finished 2nd & 4th in the NFC West his first 2 seasons and was fired after an 0-4 start in 2008. No playoff appearances.
Jim Haslett, 2008. 2-10 (.167) Finished what Linehan started: the Rams were 2-14, last in the NFC West.
Steve Spagnuolo, 2009 - 2011. 10-38 (.208) Two 4th place finishes and one 2nd place finish in the NFC West. No playoff appearances.
(Note that the Rams won a total of 6 games across the 2007, 2008, and 2009 seasons. This is an NFL record for futility across 3 seasons that will likely never be broken.)
Jeff Fisher, 2012 - 2016. 31-45-1 (.409) Finished 3rd or 4th in the NFC West his first 4 years, fired in 2016 after a 4-9 start. No playoff appearances.
John Fassel, 2016. 0-3 (.000) Finished what Fisher started: the Rams were 4-12, 3rd in the NFC West (and missed the playoffs).
