The way they were dealing with it in trying to wrap it several times so he could keep playing and then finally bringing doctors over to take a look on the sidelines while the trainers were wrapping it for the 3rd or 4th time... taking him out of the tent and into the locker room... it sure looked like a broken thumb to me. I think it might be time for Stafford to retire.
