Look, Matt did what the last guy couldn't- won playoff games with his arm and then delivered a Super Bowl. Even that year, he had a rough patch that had to be worked through, but he got it done.
I've learned to take the bad with the good when it comes to Staff. Maybe that's just me putting on my rose colored glasses on, but for me, his highs are worth it. When he's on, he's one of the best in the game.
Do we need to draft his replacement next year? Absolutely. But I'd like that kid to sit behind Stafford for at least a year, and I think Matt has a few good seasons left. Folks trying to push him out the door are off the mark.
