But I wonder if the coaching staff trusts Evans in pass protection.
Could be but if that's the issue then who is responsible for getting these players "ready" do their job when called on?
I know the coaches don't have a lot of time to dedicate to "teaching" things but he has been here for long enough that "pass protection" shouldn't be an issue.
Something like that would have been noticed by now either in OTA's, Preseason or Practices.
If it wasn't addressed and corrected then shame on our coaches.
If he just isn't "getting it" or learning what they are teaching him, then maybe the issue is with the player but even that falls back on the coaches for not realizing there is an issue and he will not be ready to play if needed.
We have had RB issues for a while now so they had to see there was a chance we would need him to play at some point, right?
#HelmetHornsMatter
“Well, the color is good, I like the metallic blue,” Youngblood recently said while laughing, via NFL Journal. “The horn is terrible. It looks like a ‘C.’ When I first saw it on the logo I honestly thought it was a Charger logo.
“Now when I see it on the helmet, it just isn’t a ram horn. There is no distinct curl like a mature ram horn. I don’t know how the Rams could get that wrong. That is your symbol and it has been for what? Seventy years or more? Longer than I have been alive? It’s just not us, it’s not the Rams.”---Mr. Ram Jack Youngblood
