My guess is that Shelly gets in before Tomlinson. Much as we like the Tomlinson's aggressiveness,there's too much of it. In his previous appearance he was in for, I believe, 4 snaps and picked up 1 penalty? Kendricks was in for 15 and picked up 1 penalty.
