Raheem gets that HC gig everyone thinks (some wish) he will after this season, I am all for trying to woo Schwartz himself to the coaching staff. If Schwartz doesn't get a nibble this offseason himself as a HC, then leaving the Browns and coming to the Rams seems like the smart choice. Yeah you are giving up Miles but are gaining AD. It is also a proven fact that if you want to return to the HC position there is no better avenue than being a McVay disciple.Now if Raheem doesn't get a HC gig then bring in a Schrwartz disciple onto Raheem's defensive staff. I find the idea of Schwartz or Raheem and a Schwatz disciple waaaay more appealing than rehiring Brandon Staley if he gets fired from the Chargers. Staley was magical when he was last with us but the league has figured him out and he hasn't adjusted. You can't go home again.
