I was watching First Things First and they were mentioning that Shanny as a HC and an OC is 1-8 vs a Schwartz led defense. I know in the past it was said Fangio defenses gave McVay fits so he wanted to incorporate it into his team to frustrate his opponents and give McVay time to learn how to best figure out how to beat it. However wouldn't it be smarter to incorporate concepts into his team that his biggest rivals has issues with. I am sure Raheem wouldn't have an issue with it since the Fangio/Staley defense wasn't his creation in the first place. It is kind of obvious that the Fangio defense that confuses McVay doesn't bother Shanny at all, so why not adopt principles to defeat your greatest division rival?
