I disagree with the label "failure" and believe Sean would too. Puka's rise and Atwell's development are both exceptional in different ways but both benefit the Rams and how they have constructed the roster. Why denigrate one player because two others happen to have become a better fit for an evolving team?
Credit McSnead for caring about a player that helped us win the Superbowl (an appreciation VJ earned and deserves here as well). His career would've been more limited here and appreciated in Atlanta. Credit McSnead for being willing to make hard choices to work towards building the team beyond the WR room where we enjoy the only real depth on this squad. VJ has played better than most of the others drafted after him and is still growing through his rookie contract. What's with the vitriol?
