Question is.. why couldn't the front office see a tanking stock before hand and sold for higher?
Vs waiting for like public financials to come out where now everyone can see it's a bad stock.. so he sells for low?
I don't mind getting rid of low performing talent for a low price. Just don't understand our evaluation system.
It's like we hope people would turn around so we hold on until there is no choice but to dump.
