otherwise why wouldn't the Rams keep him for deep threat insurance and occasional catch and hope someone signs him to some form of FA contract that might get a 6 or 7th comp pick?
or is he below that value... because if Atlanta doesn't sign him and then gets a say a 6th round comp pick....!!
