I don't know why the Rams can't see that his only real value to the team is as a top level, short-term back-up.
I think they can't get his salary out of their heads, and so keep trying to find ways to justify it by making him a full-time starter at some position.
He need to be OL6 on game days....period. And then after this season trade him. They will get something for him...like maybe a 6th rounder...even thought they'll probably also have to take on some of his salary for a year.
