I'm with you. For Sean's occasional X and O deviations that might make me throw my hands up, I wouldn't trade him for anyone. People often throw around the word "Culture", and businesses pay people big money to advise them on creating it in their workplace. McVay changed the culture here, and did what I hadn't seen done before. We used to be the leagues doormat. He made us leaders in the NFL that others emulate. I too thought we were a 6-8 win team, but now believe 10-12 is within the realm of possibility. He has his team believing, and us with them.
