Tutu is making the plays given to him, and I don't see anyone calling him a bust anymore. But he's not an all pro receiver, either. Without Nuka, he wouldn't be carrying this team at receiver. Now, I'm glad we have him, and he adds a dimension this offense needs. But I don't see that much talked about "2nd gear" with him, either. Not a lot of YAC, and we rarely use him on the jet sweep anymore. Tutu is a good, not great, player. Happy to be wrong about him being a total bust, but not sure he even gets a second contract.
