QB Comparison per PFF:

Richardson v. Minshew Pass: 56.2 v. 59.5

Richardson v. Minshew Run: 55.5 v. 48.0

Richardson v. Minshew Overall: 55.3 v. 58.4

Kinda a tossup. Playing against the rook looks more appealing, but historical the Rams have struggled against some rookies.
