I thought he was supposed to be someone that would have input and McVay would listen to,,,I really do wonder if Stafford says anything and attempts to give McVay input or not.
Stafford's hands are all over this, IMO.
I don't think that Stafford has ever met an on-field problem that he doesn't think a pass can't solve. It's a bad mix when the HC believes the same thing.
The offense we saw last night was eerily similar to the one that began to take over early in the 2022 season. The only difference is: A) they kept Williams in the backfield (clearly for show); and, B ) Robert Woods isn't around to say,
