Yep, this team is far more competitive than I imagined they would be this year. While it's easier to watch these losses due to my lowered expectations, they're still losses.
The window is slowly closing, we don't have a lot of years to donate to the Gods of Ls. Where is this franchise when Stafford decides to hang them up (which may not be that long from now)? Where is this franchise when there is no more AD terrorizing offenses? Personally, I think there's a fine line between being mediocre and being outright horrible, and the Rams could cross it with some player losses.
The Rams came out and played inspired, team football in game one. They did it again in game two for the first half. Game three, meh. It's in them, and they can succeed but it's going to take better coaching and play.
