He's been around high level football his whole life. I think he wants to help this team real bad, if anything I think he may be pushing himself too much. He has confidence, he knows he can play the game. Yes he missed on that long ball, but he also made some pretty big plays by moving the chains on some must have 10 yard 3rd downs.
Much like TuTu I am in Van's corner, I can see he can be a viable WR,. I don't get in the weeds about numbering them...#1, #2 etc. I have seen him take the top off the D and make long TD's...saw him in person in 2021 against Chicago do it.....His miss play in this game was not a game breaker at the same time a couple of his catches did lead to points that won the game.
