Stafford had a full camp with his WR's this year; early-on had good things to say about chemistry with Van, found the range with Tutu that wasn't compltely there alst year; also had time to throw to Puka, and while I didn't read much, also assume he's in better sync with Skow. He can take it from there.
Last year with no camp and, shall we say, a hurried offense Stafford HAD to rely on Kupp. This year, it's simply not the same. He'll be better protected and will have a running game (if NMcVay calls it) to go with a more in-synce passinf attack - with ot without Kupp.
This is not to underestimate Kupp's greatness by any means - but without him for part of the season this year we can still win games. Our offense is geared to score points. I think we'll be pleasantly surprised by how many - and at times, against whom.
Yes, we CAN still win games without Kupp but the odds are not in our favor. lol
H3ll, it was going to be hard enough to win WITH Kupp! Now defenses can sell out to stop the run without having to worry about doubling Kupp or any of our other WR's.
IMO, it will be tough to win 5 games without Kupp this year and I am ok with that. Sit Kupp. Get high draft picks to either trade or use and let's focus 100% on 2024 when the intent is to "win" not just be competitive.
#HelmetHornsMatter
“Well, the color is good, I like the metallic blue,” Youngblood recently said while laughing, via NFL Journal. “The horn is terrible. It looks like a ‘C.’ When I first saw it on the logo I honestly thought it was a Charger logo.
“Now when I see it on the helmet, it just isn’t a ram horn. There is no distinct curl like a mature ram horn. I don’t know how the Rams could get that wrong. That is your symbol and it has been for what? Seventy years or more? Longer than I have been alive? It’s just not us, it’s not the Rams.”---Mr. Ram Jack Youngblood
