Stafford had a full camp with his WR's this year; early-on had good things to say about chemistry with Van, found the range with Tutu that wasn't compltely there alst year; also had time to throw to Puka, and while I didn't read much, also assume he's in better sync with Skow. He can take it from there.
Last year with no camp and, shall we say, a hurried offense Stafford
HAD to rely on Kupp. This year, it's simply not the same. He'll be better protected and will have a running game (if NMcVay calls it) to go with a more in-synce passinf attack - with ot without Kupp.
This is not to underestimate Kupp's greatness by any means - but without him for part of the season this year we can still win games. Our offense is geared to score points. I think we'll be pleasantly surprised by how many - and at times, against whom.
