IMO, the "burnout" set in last year

I just think McVay is flawed … he can be flawed and the Rams still have success <shrug>

My biggest worry about him is burnout and him not being able to coach a team that isn’t made up of all stars

I am hoping he got that out of his system for now.

I 100% agree McVay has flaws. I know I have brought them up a few times.

Nobody is perfect. There is no such thing as the perfect HC either. I have no problem with pointing out his issues and still recognizing how good he is.
