They already have a relationship with the Steelers after the Dotson trade, but Snead needs to make his best trade he has ever made. Don't be desperate because he wants to go there, Baltimore & Cleveland are close to Pittsburgh. Fair compensation a couple of number one picks & George Pickens for example, if not, then go elsewhere in the division because those teams might pay more to keep him away from Pittsburgh.

I thought I read an article saying he didn't want to go there?

I think he would love to retire in Pitt...if they were contenders, but they are not and might not be for several more years.
