If Kupp pulled a hammy on August 1, why not play the cautionary side of that issue by getting it fully evaluated then, while there was still time to deal with it?
Kupp has prior injury history. Age is also a contributing factor. So is the athlete's own propensity to over-train. Hammys can be simply a stretching issue or have other underlying causes.
Given all the above, I wonder: Was someone asleep at the wheel?
