Admit your mistakes quickly and move on. Make everyone earn their spot on the 53 - no matter the draft position. I feel like we maybe hung onto guys too long in years past because of where they were drafted. Bobby Evans did not deserve to be on the roster last year, at any point - injury or no. Rochelle maybe they should have cut last year. Practice squads are bigger and underperformers are not likely to be snatched up on someone else's 53.
